As a Sales Associate, you’ll help create a warm, informed, and inspiring experience for every guest — whether they walk through our doors or order online.

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service with genuine enthusiasm

• Manage daily shop operations — keeping everything organized, stocked, and beautiful

• Handle sales transactions and maintain register accuracy

• Support inventory management and merchandise displays

• Keep the vibe fresh — from daily upkeep to new product setups

• Answer customer questions in-store, by phone, and on social media

• Hit (and celebrate!) individual and team sales goals

🌿 What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of retail or sales experience (preferred)

• Confidence handling cash and working with POS systems

• Knowledge of smoke and wellness products

• A professional, approachable demeanor and community-minded attitude

• Bilingual is a big plus!
