Wholesale Growth & Retail Strategy Manager

This Is Not a Traditional Wholesale Role

Flower Neighbor is building a wholesale business rooted in real retail understanding.

We’re not looking for someone who simply moves volume.

We’re looking for a Wholesale Manager who understands how wholesale works — and how retail store owners think.

If you’ve worked in wholesale and you understand margins, inventory pressure, product selection, and long-term relationships from a retailer’s point of view, this role may be a strong fit.

Who This Role Is For

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in wholesale or B2B distribution, especially within smoke shop, vape, or cannabis-adjacent industries.

You Understand Wholesale Operations

• You have experience working with wholesale accounts or B2B clients

• You understand pricing structures, margins, MOQs, and inventory flow

• You know how wholesale relationships are built over time

This is not an entry-level role.

You Think Like a Retail Store Owner

You don’t just sell to retailers — you understand their reality.

• You know what makes a product move (or sit)

• You understand cash flow sensitivity and margin pressure

• You know why retailers say “no,” even when a product is good

Your strength is being able to see wholesale decisions through the retailer’s lens.

You Can Bridge Strategy and Execution

• You can help shape wholesale pricing, product mix, and positioning

• You can provide real feedback based on retailer needs, not assumptions

• You care about long-term partnerships more than short-term wins

We’re building this carefully and intentionally.

Responsibilities

• Support and grow Flower Neighbor’s wholesale accounts

• Help refine wholesale pricing and product strategy

• Act as a strategic bridge between wholesale operations and retail realities

• Build and maintain sustainable B2B relationships

• Provide market insight based on real retailer feedback

This role will evolve as the wholesale side of the business grows.

This Role Is NOT a Good Fit If:

• Your experience is only in retail, not wholesale

• You focus only on pushing volume without retailer success in mind

• You’re looking for a short-term or transactional sales role
