Flower Girl Green House Venue Rental & Event Policies

Thank you for considering Flower Girl as the venue for your upcoming event!

We love supporting local talent, community gatherings, and creative shows.

To ensure a safe, organized, and successful experience for everyone, please review our standard rental rates, policies, and requirements below:

1. Rental Rates & Fees

Depending on the nature of your event, we offer flexible pricing options:

Ticketed / Sales Events: We collect either 20% of total ticket sales OR a flat rental fee of $75 per hour, depending on the agreed-upon contract.

Community / Free Events: We love giving back! To support our local community, we proudly offer the venue free of charge for your events. (Please note: Standard event insurance and cleaning deposit policies still apply to these bookings).

Private Events / Custom Bookings: Please contact us directly for a personalized quote.

2. Event Insurance (Mandatory)

Safety and liability protection are our top priorities. To protect our venue, staff, and guests, all event organizers must provide proof of their own valid General Liability Event Insurance prior to the event date (including free community events).

Requirement: All event organizers must provide proof of Commercial General Liability insurance with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, naming Flower Girl Green House as an Additional Insured when requested.

Submission: A Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be emailed to us at least 7 days before the event.

* Please note: Events without a verified COI in place on time will be automatically cancelled without exception.

3. Cleaning Deposit

We take pride in keeping our space beautiful and ready for the next guest.

A $100 Cleaning Deposit is required at the time of booking for all events.

This deposit is 100% fully refundable after the event, provided the venue is cleaned and returned to its original condition.

4. Event Approval, Liability Waiver & Venue Rules

To maintain a safe, welcoming, and family-friendly environment, Flower Girl enforces the following guidelines for all bookings:

Liability & Indemnification: By booking our space, the event organizer agrees to assume all financial and legal responsibility for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that occurs during the event. Organizers must sign a formal Hold Harmless & Indemnification Agreement prior to the event, agreeing to defend and protect Flower Girl from any third-party claims.

Organizer Verification: All events are subject to Flower Girl’s review and approval. Organizers may be asked to provide identification, business information, or social media pages. Flower Girl may, at its sole discretion, conduct public records reviews when deemed necessary.

Prohibited Events: We do not permit events involving illegal activity, violence, hate speech, weapons, gangs, unlawful gambling, or any activity that may endanger guests, staff, or neighboring businesses.

Right of Refusal: Flower Girl reserves the right to decline, cancel, or immediately terminate any event that presents safety, legal, reputational, or operational concerns, without a refund.

5. Booking Process: How to Move Forward

To officially secure your date, we must have a formal agreement in place before the event. Please follow these steps:

1. Submit Your Info: Email your full name (or the company/organization name representing the event) to hello@flowergirlflorida.com.

2. Review the Agreement: We will send you a digital rental agreement detailing the terms.

3. Finalize: Once the agreement is signed and the necessary deposits are made, your event is officially locked in!
